**Job Title:** Occupational Therapist
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team, providing services to NDIS participants in South Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct ongoing assessments for NDIS participants
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, family members and support workers to ensure the provision of holistic, trauma-informed and coordinated care
* Work with First Nations clients
* Develop and implement individualized plans to support participants in achieving their goals

Their approach supports a service delivery model where service delivery is planned, integrated, goal-oriented, and accountable while ensuring each participant receives culturally appropriate services in an effective and efficient manner that is consistent throughout the NDIS system.
