The ever-growing Greenbank Services Club is on the lookout for a Level 4 Casual Commis Chef 32-38 hours available on a regular weekly bases, with the opportunity of full-time position available to the right candidate.
With our newly renovated club and a new kitchen offering 5 different styles of Cuisine, our kitchen team is in on the hunt for a new committed team player with a can-do attitude who is able to follow instructions and work alongside fellow team members.
The right team player will display good knife skills, experience in working in a commercial kitchen, great time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills. Excellent practices of WH&S and food safety
knowledge in making fresh pizzas or cooking on a Churrasco grill or cooking Asian dishes on woks would be an advantage and preferred but not essential as we are willing to train if you are willing to learn and up your skills.

Experience and Qualifications:
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
* Working rights in Australia
* A passion for cooking and exceeding customer expectations!
* Assist in training and guiding the future generation of chefs
* Provide support to the Sous Chef
* Help control food costs and wastage
* A positive attitude
