Working within a high-performing and creative team, they will create engaging content to raise the reputation and awareness of the Bond University brand and increase engagement and reach across social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and X. They will be a champion of Bond's tone of voice and social media strategy, working with internal and external stakeholders to maximise content opportunities and storytelling and optimise social media and content marketing initiatives and innovations. About the person The Social Media and Content Producer will be a talented and enthusiastic content creator with demonstrated experience in producing social and video content. In addition, candidates will be: Bachelor's degree qualified in marketing or communication with experience in social media roles and a proven track record of successful campaigns. Creative and organised, able to collaborate with stakeholders to produce compelling, on-brand social media content for Bond University. Versatile content creators skilled at adapting Bond's tone across platforms, from TikTok videos to LinkedIn posts. Strong communicators with excellent relationship-building skills, able to identify and turn content opportunities into engaging, platform-appropriate pieces. Excellent at copywriting, editing, and proofreading a keen eye for detail, ensuring polished, brand-aligned content. Salary details The salary for the position commences at $83,053.24 per annum, plus 12% superannuation. Please note: The fixed term of this employment contract will be for up to two years, with twelve months' probation. The prospect of conversion to a continuing employment contract will be discussed at the end of the contract term.
