About the role As an Account Manager servicing Sydney, you will identify opportunities to maximise revenue and customer-focused selling of our products and services. Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritises growth and customer ratings Use financial techniques and solution selling to improve sales revenue Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions Promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients About you To be successful in this role you will be required to occasionally travel for conferences and training along with the following attributes: Extensive experience in business development roles, exceeding sales targets, preferably within a related industry Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies and plans Demonstrated ability in achieving sales targets and growth Ability to work collaboratively both in a team environment and as a self-starter Strong CRM and relation business management IT skills e.g. Zoho, Microsoft Office Suite Why IOR?
