You have the opportunity to grow where you want to grow within our community.Role requirements:We are looking for part time - 2 days a week (no weekend work!) with room for flexibility and growth.Ongoing 1-1 mentorship, weekly team case reviews, and team in-services.You'll be located in the heart of Warragul (near all the best cafes!) in our clinic which has access to state of the art equipment for exact measurement.You will be working with clients both in 1on1 services, and small group rehabilitation classes (maximum of 4-6 clients dependent on class type).You are knowledgeable (and ideally experienced) in most areas of strength & conditioning, pilates, chronic disease management, and rehabilitation. You will be taking on a varied case-load.You'll get plenty of opportunities to improve on your clinical skills. We have a great admin team to support you & an experienced clinical team to learn from & bounce off of.About you:Currently AEP ESSA accredited (or very soon to be).First Aid/CPR accredited (must be current)Knowledge (and experience) in both pilates and strength & conditioning is highly favourable. (Qualifications in Matwork & Reformer Pilates is a bonus or you are willing to complete).Able to listen, connect and build relationships with clients and other health practitioners.Able to work independently, self-motivated, and have great time management and organisational skills.Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain oneCurrent and valid Police ClearanceCurrent NDIS Check or willingness to obtain oneAbout us:We are a boutique clinic in the heart of Warragul, reducing pain in our community so that they can get back to enjoying sports, activities and living life.
