About the role
We are seeking a part-time (0.5FTE) Regional Education Support Officer to work 19 hours over three days a week to provide essential administrative support to drive high-quality Australian GP Training (AGPT) delivery. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, and working closely with the Regional Directors of Training, you’ll manage logistics, facilitate meetings, coordinate events, and support projects, working closely with the regional leadership team, educators, and key stakeholders.
As a Regional Education Support Officer, you'll:
* Provide high-level administrative support for regional training initiatives, including meeting coordination and documentation.
* Organise logistics for workshops, training sessions, and regional events, including travel bookings and Zoom facilitation.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support projects, workshops, and other key activities.
* Assist in creating and implementing the annual training calendar, ensuring timely communication and planning.
