Instead, we aim to empower our clients to financial freedom through understanding their full financial situation, goals and objectives, and providing tailored and expert advice to ensure they have the best possible chance of achieving it.Our Client Service Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive the seamless and high-quality experience they deserve, while also supporting our internal team to achieve personal and business growth.The OpportunityIn this full-time role, you’ll provide your confident support to the Directors and Senior Advisers while overseeing workflow procedures for new and existing clients. Reporting to our Directors, you’ll also be responsible for:Managing our team of dedicated Client Service Officers, providing your expert support and advice on implementation activities.Meeting with clients in collaboration with our Financial Planners for annual reviews and new client meetings, including assisting with meeting preparation.Running FDS and OASA reports.Assisting advisers with relevant product research as required.Managing the arrangement of client meetings in collaboration with our admin team.What will you bring?Our ideal candidate will have a well-established career in the financial planning industry with a strong desire to develop their skills in this leadership role.
