About The Role
We have a full-time role available working Monday to Friday 0830 - 1630. The successful candidate will be involved in motivating and continually raising our standards to provide care that is good enough for Mum and Dad as the needs of the ageing population evolve.
Based at our beautiful Deborah Cheetham Retirement Village, you will use the latest technology - including our own purpose-built care app - and all your nursing and people skills to:
* Provide clinical leadership and management oversight to nursing, care and auxiliary teams throughout the village
* Ensure compassionate and excellent quality care is provided to all residents
* Lead, develop and grow a strong team of happy, kind, trained and highly motivated staff dedicated to delivering world-class care and treatment
* Ensure that clinical policy and procedures are adhered to
* Provide support to the Village Manager
About You
To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will:
* Have proven experience as Registered Nurse, preferably in residential aged care
* Be an advanced clinical leader with the ability to coach, mentor and share knowledge with your team
* Enjoy building meaningful, long-lasting relationships with our staff, our residents and their families
* Be focused on bringing the fun into Nursing and healthcare for our hardworking teams
* Due to the nature of the role, you must be flexible and willing to respond to emergencies on call
* Have a comprehensive knowledge of continuous improvement systems and processes
* Place a high emphasis on exceptional customer service and work hard to exceed expectations
* Will be an outstanding communicator who is professional and empathetic
* Have a keen focus on clinical documentation with excellent time management skills
