You will also: Perform systems analysis and design of changes to systems Maintain a working knowledge of tools and software packages used Work collaboratively with business stakeholders and peers to refine business requirements and to ensure they are met Comply with and contribute to the development of the Bank's policies, standards, and guidelines for software development, as well as tool selection Contribute to Developer Knowledge Base Lead the identification/breakdown of development components and tasks, as well as estimations Support cross team collaboration Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation Undertake the coding for systems, as well as integration software services and perform code reviews for other developers Ensure written unit and integration tests for all developed code follow Bank's standards and maintain test coverage To be successful in this critical role, you will: In-depth knowledge of Java technologies (e.g., Spring Boot etc) Experience on Docker/Microsoft Azure would be a plus Interest and experience in at least one of the following areas: - Backend application w/database development Real-time APIs, integration technologies DevSecOps Cloud / container technologies application development w/payment systems and messaging standards.
