We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our NSW Operations Team on a permanent basis.
This will see you working Monday - Friday from our Mt Thorley office with the occasional site visits across the Hunter Valley Region.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:
* Preparation and management of project budgets, cost control, contracts and scheduling.
* Planning and leading the overall execution of all project functions.
* Ensuring project quality is aligned with statutory and client requirements.
* Fostering and managing customer relationships.
* Management of labour and supervision to ensure efficient utilisation.
* Manage multiple projects achieving high performance.

* Extensive construction or maintenance background within the resources industry.
* An innovative approach to continuous improvement and successful delivery methods.
* Strong understanding in commercials, budgets/construction metrics, estimating, forecasting and change management involving changes to scope, quantities and timeframes.
