Student Recruitment Consultant - Work remotely We are seeking proactive remote workers to help us support and engage potential students through the whole enrolment process; from enquiry through to application and enrolment.
About the position As a Student Recruitment Consultant you will; Proactively increase, inbound and outbound via all channels including but not limited to calls Support potential students throughout the whole process – enquiry through to application and enrolment.
Build rapport with prospective students to understand their motivations, goals, and life experiences to ultimately enrol.
Ensuring accurate assessment and processing of all student functions including enrolments, exemptions and qualification changes.
Multitasking between high volumes of calls and documentation of student information.
Completing all tasks outlined by management in a timely and efficient manner.
About you The successful candidate will be highly motivated and self driven with a can-do attitude, with the ability to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, critical thinking skills, strong problem solving skills and work collaboratively within a team.
You will be able to demonstrate the following key attributes and experience; Must have sales and experience in a call center.
2+ years experience in an inbound/outbound position Higher education experience preferred Excellent telephone sales track record, working within a high sales KPI and incentive-driven environment Intermediate + computer skills with strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy A solution focused approach with a pro-active attitude to supporting your customers As this is a remote position, and you will be working from home you will need to have a steady internet connection, PC/Laptop and Headset
