Admin Assistant / Personal Assistant
An exciting opportunity has become available for a casual Admin Assistant/PA to join our team. This is a busy and varied role where you will be utilising your administrative skills to provide exceptional, reliable personal support. We are looking for a motivated candidate with a “can do attitude” that will see you thrive in this role.
The successful candidate must possess excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills, computer literacy, and the ability to deliver superior quality customer service. Your ability to work effectively unsupervised and possess an understanding of sales and problem-solving techniques are essential to this role.

Receiving, filing, sorting invoices and reports as required
Monitor incoming and Directors emails responding where necessary in a timely manner
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
Property copywriting skills
Experience with AirBnB, Booking Dot Com etc. listings
Administration associated with managing short-term holiday property
Keep files, registers, and documentation organised and up to date
Guest relations – occasional guest item drop off & property preparation
Researching prices & ordering stock
Calculating costs
Coordinating repairs & maintenance with tradespeople – meeting them onsite
Other duties and ad-hoc tasks as required
Added Advantage:
Be social media savvy, able to create posts and respond to online comments & queries
Ability to create in Canva, Pixlr etc.
