Payroll Assistant for a well-trusted company in Lower North Shore

This company has been established for over 3 decades and is renowned for providing high-quality solutions to their clients. They are seeking a Payroll Assistant on a permanent basis to join their small Payroll team on the Lower North Shore of Sydney.
Your new role
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will:
* Assist the team with various aspects of the payroll process for a medium-sized workforce
* Upload all timesheet data to relevant payroll system and various allowances
* Analyse relevant data and ensure there are no errors; for example, maintain employee data and ensure all timesheets are filled completed correctly
* Complete adhoc payroll duties
What you'll need to succeed
* Must be able to work full-time in the office!
* Great attention to detail
* Must know how to use Excel
* Ability to work well within a team
* Demonstrated exposure to Payroll processing; experience with high volume timesheets and data entry is an advantage
* Demonstrate initiative to upskill in Payroll; desire to learn!
* Great verbal and written communication skills
