Team Assistant – Master Planned Communities
Due to business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Team Assistant to join and be part of our Victorian Development team with the flexibility and variety of working between Stockland’s Melbourne Head Office, the project offices, and home.
About the role
As the Team Assistant, working closely with the Personal Assistant, you will assist the Development Managers and the Development team in enhancing Stockland’s brand and support in the creation of a strong performing and collaborative team environment to deliver on the State and Project Development priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Organise and complete support tasks for the Development function such as meeting coordination and events
2. Complete SAP (payments) and Ariba (procurement) functions on behalf of the Development teams
3. Assist the Development teams with contractor and consultant engagement administration
4. Monitoring and reporting on purchase order and invoice performance
5. Maintain and manage meetings rooms and hot desks at sales/regional offices
6. Take a proactive role with Operational Risk compliance processes
7. Assist the Development Director’s and their Personal Assistants with any workload pressures, including during periods of annual leave (as directed)
8. From time to time as required to contribute to the effective operation of the reception function at Head Office
About you
9. Relevant experience providing support in a team environment, subject to work pressures and competing deadlines
10. Experience managing supplier payments and associated administration
11. Experience in coordination of diaries, events and projects requiring the capability to be flexible in order to meet deadlines
12. There will be a requirement for this role to travel to a project office once a week, so a driver’s licence is preferred but not essential, the rest of the work week is split between head office and home
13. Competent using the full Microsoft Office 365 suite, up to intermediate level and exposure to SAP being highly desirable
