As a Coordinator, you will lead day-to-day store operations, ensuring your team builds memorable experiences and helps customers achieve their D.I.Y. projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support store leadership team
* Set an example of best service and encourage team members to deliver friendly advice to customers
* Coach team on service behaviours and assist with inducting and training
* Ensure merchandising standards align with business requirements
* Coordinate stock
You Will Need:
* Experience supervising customer-facing teams in high safety and compliance environments
* Strong analytical skills and passion for customer service
* Ability to coach and develop others, providing feedback and getting the best out of a team
* Results-driven approach and open communication style
* Approachable and confident when interacting with customers
