Role Overview: The Senior Workday Integration Developer plays a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining Workday integrations.
You will work closely with HR, IT, Finance, Accounting, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless integrations that enhance our Workday ecosystem.
This new role is part of the Finance transformation as we continue the implementation to Workday from SAP so there will be opportunities for your work to shine with senior leadership.
Your collaboration and communication skills will be key to your success in the role.
This is a Hybrid position located in Frisco, TX.
You will be required to be onsite on an as-needed basis, typically 1 to 6 times a month.
We are only considering candidates within a commutable distance to Frisco and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.
About the Role: Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and external systems using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and APIsCollaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to understand integration requirements and deliver scalable solutionsTroubleshoot and resolve Workday integration issues while ensuring data accuracy and system reliabilityOptimize integration performance and monitor system health, ensuring compliance with security and governance standardsProvide technical expertise on Workday updates, enhancements, and new featuresDocument integration processes, best practices, and technical specificationsSupport end-to-end testing and provide guidance on Workday integration strategiesAbout You: At least 5+ years (we'd love more!)
of experience in Workday integration developmentStrong hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Web Services (REST/SOAP), and APIsExperience with Workday security configurations and integration architectureProficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, and middleware technologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentExperience with Workday Prism Analytics and Workday Extend preferredWorkday Integration certification is a plusExcellent communication and collaboration skillsUnderstand the implications of the changes you makeSense of ownershipEffective in prioritizing work and following through on commitments and deadlinesEnjoy working within a collaborative work environmentCompany Overview McAfee is a leader in personal security for consumers.
