Assisting a Partner & their team, you will be required to provide comprehensive support and be responsible for coordinating all the "day to day" activities.
Your key responsibilities will include, but definitely not be limited to:-
• prepare legal documents and general correspondence;
• manage diaries and arrange appointments;
• preparing and amend transactional documents;
• assist with organising events and seminars;
• email and file management;
• organise travel and accommodation (as required);
• bills and reporting; and
• general secretarial and administrative tasks (as required).
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills, a pro-active team approach and a client service focus. A minimum of 4 years previous experience as a Legal Assistant in Property Law is essential.
You will all also have a sound knowledge of MS Office, exceptional attention to detail and the proven ability to 'juggle" several tasks at the once.
