Exploration Field Technician Location : Bowen Basin Roster : 8/6 Day Shift We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Exploration Field Technician to join a leading mining client in the Bowen Basin. As a key member of the Exploration team, you'll play a vital role in supporting a variety of field-based activities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, where no two days are the same. Responsibilities : Support the Exploration team by attending to a range of field activities, ensuring smooth operations across the exploration rounds. Work independently in remote field environments, managing various tasks effectively and with attention to detail. Carry out geological sampling, data collection, and site assessments as required. Ensure adherence to safety and environmental protocols on site at all times. Maintain accurate records of fieldwork and report findings to the Exploration team. About You : Previous experience in a similar exploration or field technician role is favourable but not essential. Ability to work autonomously, displaying initiative and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in remote, outdoor environments and able to manage physically demanding tasks. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety.
