As our Facilities Officer, you will be working in a pristine environment with heritage buildings and vast landscapes. We seek a new team player who is a qualified maintenance handyperson or tradesperson and who will work within and contribute to our diverse and multi-skilled Property and Facilities team.
You will be able to:
* Undertake meticulous repair and maintenance works to both heritage and recently-built buildings.
* Attend to all maintenance requests, provide advice and facilitate growth projects.
* Complete general maintenance around the College including traffic management, waste management and general tidying on a daily basis.
* Manual handling such as setting up rooms for a multitude of functions, i.e., moving furniture and setting up equipment.
* Operate various equipment to complete your daily duties.
* Contribute to other property and facilities team priorities where required.
About you:
* Relevant Experience in Plumbing or Carpentry.
* Problem Solving Skills.
* Able to undertake manual handling on a daily basis.
* A current Drivers Licence, Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
