Completion of a doctoral qualification in a relevant discipline area or equivalent professional experience and standing.2.
Recognition as a Senior Fellow of the HEA and/or completion of a Graduate Certificate in Academic Practice qualification (or equivalent).3.
Pedagogical expertise and leadership in learning and teaching, including demonstrated innovative curriculum design and teaching face-to-face and online at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.4.
Demonstrated research track record in the scholarship of learning and teaching, evidenced through impactful research activity such as quality publications and grants.5.
Proven capability to work effectively across disciplinary boundaries including the ability to establish positive collaborative working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.6.
