What you'll be doing We are seeking a talented Network Architect who excels in a dynamic environment and provides outstanding customer support.
You will be responsible for creating robust network environments utilizing Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet and Checkpoint technologies.
You will design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable network solutions while ensuring optimal performance and reliability, whilst staying aligned with the needs of the business and vendor best practice.
Key Responsibilities: • Proven experience as a Network Architect, with focus on security and SDWAN solutions, across a wide range of vendor technologies including Cisco, Palo, Fortinet, Checkpoint, Aruba.
• Implementation: Oversee the deployment and configuration of network infrastructure components, working within the project teams to deliver the desired outcome.
• Testing: Create and execute detailed technical implementation plans to validate network designs and configurations.
• Documentation: Produce and maintain comprehensive LLD & HLD documentation, including as-built designs and network diagrams.
Proficient in the use of MS Visio.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align network designs with business objectives, and ensuring customer requirements are achieved.
• Design & Build: Develop detailed network designs and architectures for Cisco switches, routers, and FTD Firewalls, SDWAN, Cisco wireless solutions, as well as Fortinet & Palo firewalls.
• Training: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

• 10+ years of experience in a network engineering support role.
• CCNP level certification minimum, CCIE would be advantageous.
Other vendor certifications such as PCNSC would also be desirable.
• Ability to liaise with customers and vendors to determine requirements and be able to produce a design that aligns with the business objectives.
• Expert knowledge in numerous vendor technology and device types, including Cisco switches, routers & firewalls, SDWAN, as well as Palo Alto & Fortinet firewalls.
• Skilled in the use of security management platforms, including Cisco ISE, FortiAnalyzer/FortiManager, Panorama, ClearPass.
• Expert knowledge of network switching & routing protocols, architecture, and security best practices.
• Proven experience in creating network designs, as-built documentation, and test plans.
• Passionate about network & cyber security; stays current with the latest security trends, and able to research, evaluate and recommend best practices, ensuring they meet the needs of the business.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Able to clearly articulate technical detail to both senior engineers and non-technical audiences.
• Self-motivated, and able to manage their time effectively.
