Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and aspiring B-2-B Sales person who wants to build a well-round skill set with a focus on quality service, attention to detail, and building client relationships.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, wants to build soft and hard skills, and has a desire to enter B-2-B sales. Your key responsibility is to support senior salespeople as they understand client’s requirements and build sales
pipeline, as you develop a deep understand of our product and the evolving trends and demands of the office
* Provide front line high quality service to customers
* Provide customers with accurate information regarding sales
* Maintain administrative data in company programs
Roles and Duties:
* Provide analytical and technical support to senior salespeople, Including, but not limited to, price estimating, quoting, and client management.
* Work with the internal operations team and external stakeholders to support small to large scale sale projects from origination to delivery.
* Development a deep understanding of commercial office furniture and the market that it operates in.
* Provide general support to the sales and broader business team to achieve an excellent level of customer service.
* Work with the Managing Director and broader Sales Team to explore new opportunities and new sales channels.
* Assist the sales team with marketing and sales projects from time to time.
* Assist in building business presence and client networking through trade shows, expos, and industry events.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Essential:
* Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Strong attention to deal
* Performance orientated and driven to achieving results
* Driver’s License
Desirable:
* Experience on Indesign and Adobe Photoshop
* Experience in commercial furniture.
* Experience in a Sales environment
* Understanding of Business to Business sales
* Certificate in Business Administration or Leadership
