$42.45 per hourReports To: Management AccountantEmployment Type: Temp Full TimePosition OverviewThe Workflow and Compliance Administrator is a key role within the energy and water services sector, responsible for coordinating work orders and ensuring efficient workflow processing to maintain operational excellence. This role requires strong organisational skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to manage dynamic workflows and stakeholder expectations effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and Manage Work Order Processing: Oversee the tracking of work order submissions, ensuring all necessary information is sourced and provided to meet processing and payment deadlines. Performance will be measured against time-to-process KPIs.Enhance Staff Performance: Collaborate with frontline staff and other team members to improve their compliance in providing accurate and complete evidence for work orders. Success is measured through company KPIs related to error rates in work orders.Address Complex Issues: Partner with the finance lead to resolve challenges or discrepancies associated with specific work orders.Coordinate on Payroll Documentation: Work closely with the Office Administration Manager to address and rectify delays in payroll document submissions.Provide Process Insights: Offer guidance and feedback based on observations and trends identified throughout the work order and payroll processing workflows.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in all work orders and scheduling activities.Required SkillsStrong organisational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to managing challenges.Education and ExperienceDiploma in administration, a related field or reasonable experience.Proficient in MS Office Suite and experience with or ability to learn new software applications such as JAMS would be an advantage.Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration, scheduling, or a related role, preferably within the utilities industry.Customer Focus: Demonstrates a strong commitment to meeting customer expectations and delivering high-quality service.Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing operational demands.Collaboration: Works effectively with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders.Technical Acumen: Ability to understand the technical and logistical aspects of energy and water operations.
