We are seeking a User Experience Researcher (UXR) with a strong focus on Survey & Quant Research to join our client multi-disciplinary UX team. The UX team is dedicated to understanding user needs, behaviors, and emotions to inform and inspire design. Collaborating closely with UX Designers, Researchers, Writers, Content Strategists, Engineers, and Product Managers, the UXR will play a critical role in shaping products that deliver value to users and the business.
Responsibilities:
* Utilize expertise in quantitative research methods to conduct medium-to-high complexity research projects with minimal oversight.
* Define and measure quantitative UX goals and metrics in collaboration with Designers, Researchers, Data Scientists, Engineers, and Program Managers.
* Analyze existing data and product designs to generate hypotheses and create high-impact research plans.
* Conduct empirical research using methods from computer science, quantitative social science, statistics, econometrics, and other fields to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
* Apply deep expertise in survey design, execution, and analysis, ensuring statistical rigor and actionable insights.
* Communicate research findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and clear storytelling.
* Work efficiently in a fast-paced, global environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Qualifications:
* Master’s or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in survey research, statistical analysis (SQL), and real-time application of these skills in UX Research.
* Experience conducting quantitative & survey UX research on products, managing projects, and working in a large, matrixed organization.
* At least 2 years of experience working with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
* Strong command of research methodologies and analytical tools relevant to the domain.
* Expertise in complex survey research, including questionnaire design and advanced statistical analysis.
* Exceptional skills in data visualization and storytelling to engage diverse audiences.
