Senior Asset Planner
About the Role
The Senior Asset Planner is responsible for identifying and planning the asset requirements for skills and training service delivery in line with TAFE NSW asset management strategies and objectives set out in the Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP) and are consistent with the attainment of TAFE NSW organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Identifying and planning asset requirements for skills and training service delivery
* Ensuring asset management strategies and objectives align with TAFE NSW goals
* Developing land use, infrastructure, and place-making strategies
* Managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Building and maintaining positive working relationships with stakeholders
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree qualification in planning or a relevant discipline, or equivalent significant experience
* Significant experience in strategic asset planning, with a proven ability to obtain, critically analyse and interpret data and complex information
* Project management experience relevant to the role
* Excellent communication and analytical skills
* Strong stakeholder collaboration and customer engagement skills
