As the Senior Test Analyst - Investments, you'll play a key role in the Quality Assurance and Quality Control delivery of investment initiatives at HESTA. This role will be responsible for guiding team members in the creation and execution of test scenarios and cases relating to the delivery of projects key to the achievement of HESTA's strategic objectives. Key activities include: Lead test phases and provide support to business teams during User Acceptance Testing. Produce test documentation to support test phases (e.g. Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Summary). Represent the QA team in requirement review sessions to ensure captured requirements are testable and appropriate acceptance criteria is defined. Participate in the provision of detailed test estimation breakdown and risk assessment documentation business processes under test. Carry out manual test case execution as required for SIT and UAT. Assist with the development of automation strategy. Document all issues raised in enough details so they can be investigated and resolved. Produce daily test execution and defect reports as required during execution phase. Prepare representative test data for in scope test phases and assist in the configuration of test environments as required. About you With a strong background in Test Analysis in financial services and a track record of working collaboratively with Business Analysts and Development teams across all stages of projects, you'll be eager to use your expertise to help make a positive difference to every HESTA member's financial future. You will have experience working on data validation approaches and data migration strategies and experience working on different test phases. A working knowledge of investments (within Superannuation industry) and the Information Technology used in investment teams is considered essential for this role. ISTQB Certified, you'll also ideally have good exposure to Selenium and/or other QA tools as well as experience in using Jira and Confluence. Understanding of and experience in Software Development Life Cycles, including Waterfall and Agile approaches will also set you up for success.
