About the Role This role involves ensuring both external and internal customers are supplied with the correct parts in a timely manner, whilst maintaining high customer service standards at all times on the phone, counter sales, and between branches.
Principal Accountabilities: Process all branch spare parts orders, including pricing, opening of new parts on the computerized system, and placement of orders to overseas and local suppliers.Pick parts orders for customers.Answer telephone queries relating to parts orders.Assist staff members with inventory management.Receipt incoming parts orders, branch transfers, and external suppliers.Load and unload incoming and outgoing goods.Greet customers at the counter and answer their parts queries and place orders.Provide staff with technical assistance and general support.Provide assistance to the Sales Department.Ensure compliance with the relevant OHS&Q.Role Requirements: Adequate level of literacy and numeracy skills.Adequate computer keyboard skills.Good phone manner.Ability to present a professional, friendly, and approachable image.Good organizational skills.Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.Must have an enthusiastic and willing approach to learn new skills and help others.If this sounds like you, click apply now!
