Adelaide location with flexible working available. We support Australian industry through a network of professional bankers, specialists, and support teams, offering deep industry expertise to our Regional & Agribusiness customers.
A critical part of our success is targeting high growth opportunities and growing our capability, leveraging your strong cash-flow lending and structured working capital skills.
You will ensure our customer's needs are met and give them a great experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a high growth Regional & Agribusiness portfolio, with cashflow lending focus.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to grow your portfolio through networking and acquiring new to bank customers.

As a Regional & Agribusiness Senior Relationship Manager, you'll play a critical role in managing relationships with industry leaders and creating new and innovative ways to support large businesses with lending requirements generally from $3M to $50M, so they can grow and develop well into the future.

Requirements:
* An experienced relationship manager with ambition and a strong customer focus.
* A strong commercial lending background covering cashflow lending, credit analysis, and deal structuring.
* A natural people-person, boasting an impressive track record in business development, including the acquisition of new to bank customers and a well-established network of referral sources.
Estimated salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per annum.
