Job Title: Enterprise Account Manager (Ent AM)
About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager (Ent AM) to help build and execute a strategic plan to drive growth and adoption of Amazon Web Services (AWS) within the Queensland (QLD) healthcare system.
The successful candidate will have a strong business acumen, technical background, and excellent communication skills to influence key decision-makers and deliver high-value engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and adoption of AWS services within QLD healthcare;
* Influence and educate customer executives on the benefits of cloud transformation and delivering value to improve clinician and patient experience;
* Work with internal stakeholders to accelerate adoptions, deliver strategic programs, and increase account growth;
* Manage complex contract negotiations and serve as a liaison to the legal group;
* Research and identify new opportunities for QLD healthcare, including specific prospects and partners to approach with a technical value proposition for using AWS services and Amazon businesses;
* Understand customer technical requirements and work closely with technical teams to define customer needs and identify benefits/value to be realized.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* 7+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience;
* 10+ years of business development, partner development, sales or alliances management experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* 5+ years of building profitable partner ecosystems experience;
* Experience developing detailed go-to-market plans.
