National Sales Manager - Membranes (Australia & New Zealand)

Our client is a global leader in advanced water treatment solutions, specializing in membrane filtration technologies for industrial and municipal applications. With a strong presence in the ANZ region, they are looking for a dynamic National Sales Manager to drive market growth, build client relationships, and lead sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales & Business Development
* Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in Australia and New Zealand.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across municipal, industrial, and commercial water sectors.
* Expand relationships with key customers, engineering firms, utilities, and OEM partners.
* Market & Strategy
* Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
* Work closely with product and technical teams to ensure the right membrane solutions meet customer challenges.
* Lead pricing, contract negotiations, and commercial discussions.
* Leadership & Collaboration
* Manage and mentor a growing sales team, setting clear targets and KPIs.
* Partner with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and market positioning.
* Liaise with regional and global leadership to align ANZ sales strategies with broader business goals.
Key Requirements
* 10+ years of experience in technical sales within water treatment, membranes, or filtration.
* Strong knowledge of UF, MF, RO, or MBR membrane technologies and their applications.
* Proven track record of sales success in the ANZ region.
* Excellent relationship-building skills with clients and industry stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
* Engineering, Science, or Business degree preferred.
