The Role:
Due to internal movement, Lindsay Australia Limited is currently seeking a Customer Service Officer to join the Head Office team based at our Acacia Ridge office.
Working within a small team, you will be assisting the customer service function of the business.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* The facilitation and management of customer orders and jobs received
* Liaising with operational staff to ensure all customer requirements are met
* Managing freight bookings and time slot requests
* Ad hoc administrative duties as directed by the Customer Service Manager
About you:
To succeed in this role, we anticipate you will be able to demonstrate:
* Previous experience in customer service as part of a busy fast paced team
* Intermediate to advanced excel skills
* Ability to prioritise high volume of work and work in a fast-paced environment
* Positive attitude with the willingness to learn
* Superior planning and organisational skills
* Excellent time management skills
* A genuine care factor for the needs of the internal and external customer
