Working collaboratively within our high-functioning team, you will contribute to designing, developing, and delivering customised people solutions aligned with corporate goals and strategy. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice and coaching on HR matters to a wide range of clients, including employee relations, performance management, terminations and workplace compliance.Deliver a broad range of training and induction programs. Collaborate with the team to design and deliver strategic and operational people solutions in line with corporate goals. Maintain accuracy and integrity of HR databases, systems, and resources. Conduct audits, review policies, and ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring exceptional experiences. Stay abreast of contemporary HR practices, policies, and legislation and provide advice to clients on application to their business. Contribute to the leanring and development of HR Advisors and Officers.Key Selection Criteria: Essential: Qualifications in HR or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in a Senior HR Advisor role or similar.Proficiency in the use of HR and Payroll systems, as well as the Microsoft Office suite. Ability to interpret awards and legislation, developing compliant policies and procedures. Evidence of experience advising on complex ER and IR matters.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage workloads and meet strict deadlines. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a high-performing team. Commitment to exceptional customer service with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to role-model our values and inspire others. Desirable: Payroll experience. HRIS vendor review and implementation and continuous improvement.Commitment to continuous professional development. Membership of the Australian Human Resource Institute (AHRI).
