The Role
The primary responsibility will be strategically managing projects through effective management of people and processes to deliver on time and within budget. The role will include, but is not limited to;
* Project planning and scheduling
* Managing stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
* Providing technical knowledge and commercial advice
* Undertaking risk analysis
* Understanding commercial processes, including cost control, project reporting, procurement and contract management.
* Ensuring compliance with safety
* Ensuring compliance in accordance with contract terms and conditions for the project in alignment with Company policies and procedures.
The Criteria
* Experience as a Project Manager, delivering multi storey projects from inception to completion
* 3 years + experience as a Project Manager
* Management of programming, scheduling, planning and oversee all areas of projects
* Procurement and allocation of project resources
* Cost management and reporting
* Solid communication verbally and written with internal staff, sub-contractors and clients
