These traineeship opportunities are designed for individuals with a genuine interest in early childhood education. Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training, mentorship from experienced educators, and the chance to obtain formal qualifications in childcare - Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care (CHC30121).
Fee Free Training – ACA will cover all related RTO enrolment and training fees.
A strong, dedicated support network provided by our host employer, your dedicated ACA Field Officer, and the RTO
Paid, rostered Study Time– up to 1 day per week
Incentives paid as part of the Apprentice Support Payment paid over 2 years, eligibility criteria must be met.
Responsibilities
Assist in daily care, supervision, and educational activities for children.
Assist in the upkeep and cleanliness of the Centre
Collaborate with experienced educators to create a stimulating learning environment.
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
What we need from you.
The willingness and motivation to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care (CHC30121).
The ability to gain a Working with Children and National Police Check
Genuine passion for working with children.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and contribute to the early childhood education field.
Basic understanding of child development.
Eligibility
• Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or a permanent Australian resident
• Have a current South Australia Driver's licence
• Working with Children Check (willing to obtain)
