Based in Wagga, our Clipex Branch Sales & Support role is responsible for providing frontline customer service, handling sales inquiries, processing small sales transactions, and supporting the sales team in both Wagga and Albury.
One day a week will be spent in the Albury branch.
About the role
This role requires a high level of customer engagement, organisational skills & administrative efficiency - ensuring smooth operation of sales & support functions.
Your role will include the following areas of responsibility:
Customer Engagement & Sales Support: Handle foot traffic at Wagga branch, ensure customers receive prompt & professional assistance Answer incoming sales calls for both Albury & Wagga branches Qualify customer enquiries & hand over leads to Solutions Specialists Manage smaller transactional quotes & sales orders Provide customer support via phone & in-person interactions Administrative & Data Management: Data entry & maintenance of customer & sales records Manage open orders for Wagga, ensure timely fulfilment & follow-ups Assist with general admin duties as required to support sales operations Inventory & Display Management: Oversee Wagga branch product display, ensuring it is well-organised & visually appealing Maintain limited availability stock for immediate customer purchases Assist in loading & unloading stock as required Miscellaneous: Undertake ad-hoc duties and tasks as directed.
What are we looking for
Previous experience in customer service, sales support or administrative roles Familiarity with CRM or sales management systems beneficial Strong customer service & interpersonal skills, including phone enquiries Ability to qualify leads & escalate enquiries appropriately Experience with inventory management & stock handling an advantage Ability to undertake manual handling/physical lifting on occasion Ability to manage multiple tasks & prioritise workload Understanding of the rural lifestyle Forklift license (or willingness to obtain) is a plus, for stock handling duties Why join us
