Your day to day
As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for cooking the culinary delights within our star outlets; Amici, Bam Bam, Pacific, and Aqua and Conference and Events along with the support of a strong and dynamic team.
This is an opportunity to really focus on the food and let your ingredient knowledge and creativity shine. With your strength in banqueting and food production behind you, you’ll have freedom to work with varied cuisines and ingredients to execute and influence a rotational menu that will allow you to cook fundamental favourites through to seasonal specials.
What we need from you
We are looking for enthusiastic and professional team players who know how to deliver great service and exceed guest expectations.
Ideally you will have:
1. A formal Commercial Cookery Certification
2. A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a talented Chef de Partie or be a strong Demi Chef ready to take your next step
3. A proven track record of working in and supporting a busy kitchen in a high-volume banqueting environment where you were exposed to a diverse range of cuisine and cooking styles. Strong skill base and experience in a la carte and banquets.
