The Role As an Office Administrator/ Receptionist your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):First point of contact for our external stakeholdersPhone and email enquiriesWide range of administrative support activitiesDocument and database managementLiaising with and supporting internal departments i.e. Accounts, HR as requiredMaintain records of Mono's assets and vehiclesPrepare Mono Newsletters and other communications to staffAd hoc duties and analysis as required About You To be successful in this role, you will have the following Qualifications, Skills and Experience:Currently studying or completed tertiary qualifications or E.g.
