Full training will be provided in quality control, stock system, sampling, and assessing.
Terminal Operators at our port-side grain terminals are critical to ensuring that we deliver an efficient and safe service in exporting and importing grains and other commodities.
This includes wheat, barley, sorghum, pulses, woodchips, cement, sand, and other products.Core ActivitiesThe core activities of a terminal operator include rail and road receival, shipping, road-outloading, plant hygiene, container packing, bunker storage operations, and grain assessing, among others.
As a member of a multi-skilled work environment, you will be expected to take on other activities within the plant in accordance with training and experience.We provide you with the tools and training required to perform your job effectively and safely.About your experienceWe're seeking individuals with the ability and willingness to do this type of work.
Additionally:Flexibility to work nights/weekends when the terminal operates 24/7Good communication, teamwork, and customer service skillsCapacity to work at heights and in confined spacesBonus: Loader, forklift, or skid-steer experience (desirable but not essential)Ready to apply?The next steps are easy!
