Be part of large scale onshore projects in oil & gas projects Join a leading Oil & gas PMC organization in KSA About Our Client Our client is a leading Oil & Gas PMC, specializing in FEED, detailed design for onshore projects Job Description The Construction Manager will be responsible for the management and coordination of construction activities within onshore oil and gas projects, overseeing the FEED, detailed design, and feasibility stages.This role involves working closely with project stakeholders to ensure that all phases of construction meet industry standards, project specifications, and regulatory compliance Oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of all construction activities for onshore oil and gas projects.Collaborate with FEED and design teams to ensure seamless integration of design outputs into construction phases.Conduct feasibility assessments, ensuring project plans align with client requirements, budget constraints, and technical specifications Proactively address construction-related challenges and provide solutions to mitigate delays or risks.Ensure all construction activities are carried out in compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.Conduct regular quality checks, inspections, and audits to maintain high-quality standards and project consistency.Coordinate with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) teams to enforce safety protocols and promote a safe working environment The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.20+ years of experience in construction management within the oil and gas industry, with a focus on onshore projects.Extensive experience with FEED, detailed design, and feasibility phases for oil and gas infrastructure.Strong knowledge of industry standards, construction practices, and regulatory requirements.Proven track record of managing large-scale, high-budget onshore construction projects in a PMC environment.What's on Offer Apart from lucrative remuneration, an opportunity to manage portfolio of exciting onshore projects
