Your next career opportunity As the Administrative Coordinator at the Department of Rural Health in Shepparton, you'll play a vital role in supporting rural health workforce initiatives across Victoria. You'll have the opportunity to manage diverse projects, coordinate departmental processes, and build relationships with key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include: Support Department Operations: Assist the Department Manager in coordinating and implementing departmental processes and initiatives. Manage Projects and Reporting: Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and ensure alignment with departmental objectives. Maintain Stakeholder Relationships: Build and nurture strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders across multiple rural locations. Provide Administrative Support: Offer comprehensive support to the Department Manager and Head of Department, managing sensitive information with discretion. You may be a great fit if: You are a highly organised professional with excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive information. You may also: Have completed a relevant tertiary qualification with significant experience in administrative roles. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare high-quality documents. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders. Have experience in project monitoring, reporting, and document management.
