Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities
Kitchen Management:
* Supervise and Mentor Kitchen Staff: Foster a positive and efficient working environment by guiding and supporting your team members.
* Oversee Kitchen Operations: Maintain smooth workflow and quality control during service hours.
* Manage Kitchen Inventory: Ensure proper stock levels and minimize waste to optimize resources.
* Monitor Food Costs and Labor Expenses: Meet budgetary goals by controlling expenses.
Compliance and Safety:
* Maintain a Clean and Organized Kitchen: Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe working environment.
* Enforce Health and Safety Regulations: Provide a safe working environment for all staff members.
* Maintain Equipment: Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and operational.
Collaboration and Communication:
* Work with Front-of-House Staff: Ensure seamless service and address customer feedback.
* Collaborate with Management: Participate in menu updates, special events, and promotional ideas.
* Hiring and Training: Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluations of kitchen team members.
