You will be rewarded with a flexible work arrangement (1-2 days wfh), free parking on-site, discounted health insurance, salary packing / novated lease options, tailored career development as well as the opportunity to work on some exciting projects.The RoleManaging the delivery of weekly, fortnightly, and monthly multi-state payroll for 9 companies in ANZ with a team of 4Developing and maintaining a payroll risk and crisis management strategyProviding advice to managers and staff in relation to software applications, pay, legislation, award changes and company policiesAssisting the HR manager and Finance team in the provision of payroll reports, data analysis etcAssisting in documentation of all key payroll related procedures with periodic reviews to ensure regulatory requirements are maintainedCoordinating payment of PAYG, payroll tax, superannuation and workers' compensationEnsuring Termination and Redundancy calculations are accurateConducting leave audits, reconciliations and reportingInterpreting NES, Awards and Enterprise Agreements and ensuring payroll is compliant in ANZIdentifying opportunities for process improvement, implementing procedures, undertaking data reviews, audits, updating payroll calculation templates, checklists and manualsManaging projects, liaising with software vendors, consultants and government bodiesSetting up new business entities when required including data migration, payroll integration, testing and parallel runsThe Successful CandidatePayroll management experience in a complex organisation - multiple legal entities/ ABN's and pay cyclesExperience working with a variety of payroll systems, timekeeping systems as well as ESSStrong stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skillsProactive approach to improving payroll processes and systemsExcellent attention to detail and time management skillsWhat's in it for you?$145k + super + 15% bonusHybrid working model, initially 1 day wfh, 2 days wfh after trainingDiscounted health insuranceSalary packaging options available - novated leasingTailored career developmentOpportunity to be involved in projects and process improvement initiativesWe are actively recruiting for this role, so please do not hesitate to APPLY NOW via the links provided.
