Role Description
This is a full-time role with a focus on retail & online sales. Based in Burleigh Heads, you will be working from one of Australia's best cafe showrooms. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as providing advice on coffee equipment, managing online coffee retail operations, engaging with cafe industry professionals, conducting product demonstrations, and offering solutions to improve cafe workflow and profitability.
Qualifications
1. Experience in coffee & coffee equipment advice and sales
2. Proficiency in managing online retail operations
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Knowledge of coffee industry trends and market
5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
6. Sales experience is a must; your personality will be your asset.
7. Previous experience in the cafe or hospitality equipment sector is essential
8. Minimum five years experience in a similar sales role.
