We have partnered with a reputable government department to recruit for an A03 Property Officer for a 6 week contract with the view to extend. AO3 Property Officer Requirements of the role: Administration duties from document record keeping to reporting. Conducting inventory and house clear outs of customers. Mailbox and workflow management. Action requests accordingly. Review and monitor maintenance works and conduct assessments as required. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Track maintenance works and report compliance issues. Work efficiently to improve internal policies and procedures. Requirements of the successful candidate: Have an ability to pick things up quickly. A background in Property is advantageous (not essential). Excellent customer service delivery and administration. Must be able to handle high volumes of work. Must be confident/comfortable answering the phone and handling phone queries. Must be an Australian/New Zealand citizen. It is highly important for this role that the successful applicant is a team player, is willing to get stuck in and help across all aspects of the team and is able to hit the ground running.
