This role operates in a fast-paced contact centre, based in the Queensland Country Centre in Aitkenvale, as the first point of contact for Member queries. You will be on the front line of our organisation, providing support to our valued Members. Your main responsibility will be to ensure our Members receive the best possible experience, addressing their needs with empathy, efficiency, and expertise.
