Role Overview:
Please note this role will be located in Mooroopna, 40 minutes from Echuca. We are currently seeking experienced professionals from the manufacturing and production industries to join our team. There are various roles available for applicants with a strong background in managing production teams, assisting in continuous improvement projects, and ensuring the quality management of production processes. Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage production teams to ensure daily operational goals are met in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and maintain a competitive edge.
3. Ensure compliance with quality standards and monitor production outputs to maintain high-quality results.
4. Assist in the planning and scheduling of production to meet customer demands and business goals.
5. Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
6. Be across key performance metrics and report on production performance, addressing any issues that arise.
7. Work closely with the GM of Production to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in production management within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
2. Experience in leading teams and managing production staff to achieve operational goals.
3. Familiarity with continuous improvement practices and applying them in a production setting.
4. Exposure to or experience with quality management systems in a manufacturing environment.
5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams.
7. Previous experience in manufacturing industries is highly desired.
