About the Position

Position Description
* Work with the sales teams on delivering high-end functions, events, and weddings
* Coordinate and manage events, from intimate gatherings to large celebrations
* Conduct client visits onsite showcasing events spaces and this stunning venue
* Train, mentor, and inspire the bar and events team to deliver exceptional service
* Multi-faceted role with a strong teamwork-inspired venue - work across food and beverage service plus accommodation reservations
Position Requirements
* Proven experience managing bar and events operations in a high-quality hospitality venue
* Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
* Outstanding communication and customer service skills
* Strong beverage knowledge, particularly in wines, cocktails, and local products
* Expertise in event planning, coordination, and execution
* Current RSA certification
* Experience with events booking software highly regarded
* Accommodation reservation experience highly regarded
