Provide high-level advice and assistance to staff across the TFS and SES in relation to people management matters, ensuring that information pertaining to these matters is documented appropriately and in a timely manner. Support the Manager Office of the Chief Officer in the delivery of efficient and effective strategic and business unit planning and reporting processes. Duties Ensure effective flow of information between TFS, SES, and DPFEM's Management and Partnering and Employment Services Team. Provide high-level advice and assistance to staff across TFS and SES regarding people management matters. Document information related to people management matters appropriately and in a timely manner. Support the Manager Office of the Chief Officer in strategic and business unit planning and reporting processes.
