Vine & Grind is a boutique brunch concept serving speciality coffee and pushing the boundaries of traditional breakfast favourites. Open 7 days from 7am, 8am weekends. It was founded in 2016 by visionary owners Argi and Lisa, has become a vibrant and innovative dining destination in Liverpool’s Westfield mall. Their mission was to redefine shopping centre dining, offering a bustling spot where shoppers could enjoy excellent coffee and meals.
Vine & Grind is now looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their team.
The right candidate will be responsible for:
* Menu Planning in collaboration with the chefs to produce innovative dishes
* Organising and planning events to benefit restaurant community and create excellent experiences for new and existing customers
* Organising and pricing itemise accordance with a preset budget
* Keeping track of inventory levels and financial transactions
* Assuring that eating facilities are clean, functional and in accordance with the health regulations
* Ensuring the selection, training and supervision processes of hiring new personnel are in order
* Ability to handle bookings, greet customers and assist with taking orders at a larger scale, thus through the supervision of the whole restaurant
* Manage budgets, costs and expenditures including purchasing of supplies;
About you:
* At least 2 years of experience as Restaurant Manager;
* Ability to produce an excellent culinary and restaurant experience for customers;
* Excellent time management, scheduling, managerial, and organisational skills;
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with a variety of personalities and under pressure
