Your new role
As a Project Coordinator, you will work with Program/Project Managers to coordinate and support project delivery activities in alignment with Enterprise Network Modernisation Program objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day support and coordination for the program/project, including communications, meetings, forums, project control register management, and workshops.
* Offer financial analysis and support, liaising with the PMO finance function to ensure alignment with financial requirements.
* Assist in the coordination and operation of monthly reporting and governance cycles, ensuring compliance with reporting and governance requirements.
* Manage risks, issues, decisions, changes, and other project management controls.
* Lead and coordinate information management processes and procedures.
* Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of program/project administration functions and develop methods for greater success.
* Develop and communicate weekly updates for the internal team.
* Support stakeholder analysis, develop communication templates, coordinate stakeholder meetings and workshops, and manage travel arrangements.
* Handle program administration processes, including HR, team onboarding and offboarding, and associated approvals.
Skills, Competencies, and Qualifications:
* Strong experience in program and/or project delivery, ideally related to service transition/migration.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with ICT and business senior executives, internal and external stakeholders.
* Demonstrable experience in interpersonal, consultative, organizational, and facilitation skills.
* Experience engaging with geographically diverse project teams.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
